Chatting with a Support Specialist
To access the Support Portal,
- Login to the Extensiv Help Center.
- Scroll down to the bottom portion of the page and click the Contact Support button. The Chat Support will be the second tile from the top of the page.
- (Optional) Click on the following link to be redirected to the corresponding page.
How to Use Chat
This link opens a page in a new tab with information on how to contact Extensiv for help.
Note!
- Chat Support standard operating hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST ( 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST)
- After hours support will be available for critical issues on some products
